Shipping & Returns
We pride ourselves on friendly and efficient customer service and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please allow 10 working days (not including weekends, holidays, or federal holidays) for your order to be processed, and then a reasonable amount of time for your order to reach you (most shipping is done via Priority Mail, which takes less than a week to most places). If you need your order rushed, you must contact Shoshanah at shosh@hannahgrey.com, as well as note at the time of order, otherwise she can't meet your needs.Report damaged goods or order shortages within 5 business days via email or phone and we will do everything we can to see that your needs are met. Do not return anything without a Returned Materials Authorization, which will include return packaging instructions that must be followed strictly. Please note that all book sales are final, no exceptions. Unused product MUST be returned in saleable condition for refund.

Refunds will be made ONLY in store credit and no refunds will be made for shipping unless the original item was damaged before you received it.

We may charge a nominal handling fee above the actual postage, but please be assured that these will always be reasonable; we are not one of those sites that "gets you on the shipping."

International Customers:

Our international customers are important to us; you represent over 10% of our business (which is high for a US business).  We are happy to ship internationally and will work to find the most economical rates for you. As a result, you will be invoiced and charged separately.

All shipping is FOB our shipping center in San Jose, CA.
